Introduction

Hello, I’m Matt.

I’ve been coding in some form or fashion for over 20 years.

In all of that time I’ve learned and experienced a lot.

I’ve written lines upon lines of code.

I’ve built countless websites, apps, and packages.

I’ve written in, or at least dabbled with, tons of languages.

I once built something with Java – that was a crazy day.

Even still, with all of that, I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing.

And I love it.

I want to learn as much as I can and I’ll be using this blog to do it.

I’m going to document whatever it is I’m trying to learn more about. In that sense, this blog will be more like my notes or stream of consciousness and less like a tutorial. Even so, everything will be structured and you’ll be able to follow along.

Be sure to follow me on Twitter (@DevelopmentMatt) for updates and other random dev stuff.

First up, I’m going to build a framework. I’ll explain why in my next post.
